23 Nov AIM INVITES ADi TO WORKSHOP AS A VALUED PARTNER
ADi participates in a focus group discussion held by the Asian Institute of Management (AIM) on November 23, 2022.
AIM is among the leading, internationally accredited institutions that produce high-quality graduates of advanced studies in business and management.
The workshop themed, “The AIM Advantage: Employer Perspective”, as facilitated by Ms. Ma. Lourdes Cura, the Assistant Dean for Academic Programs and Assurance of Learning Director, followed its goal of acquiring information to abreast cognizant programs to offer and to enhance for the next AIM learners.
In line with this, ADi, as represented by Ms. Ruby Anne Manalo, RPm, the company HR Supervisor, and Ms. Jelyn Sayde, CHRA, the company HR Assistant, gained insights on the latest competitive employee skillset.
In the discussion, AIM strove to understand the competitiveness of their graduates among recruiting companies and potential employers from various industries; including technology-based companies, government agencies, NGOs, and others.
As ADi continues to grow its skilled and highly-competent workforce who thrive in a fast-paced environment, this event served as a strengthening bond of ADi’s partnership with AIM.
